Oregon Cleaning Service Changes Marketing Agency And Finds Success With Cleaning Business Growth

Case Study 2

About the Client

A new client in Oregon came to us frustrated with the results she was getting from her current local marketing agency. The owner told me, "They had dumped so much money into this company, but we're getting nothing." At the time she started with us, her revenue was $68,500, and she had eight cleaners. Today, just four months later, her revenue is $83,500, and she has 12 employees!

The Problem

  • Although she was paying for SEO, she was ranking on Page 7 with no ranking at all in two of three service areas.
  • Google Ads converting at 7.14% (not good), and because of her low conversion rate, she was paying way too much for leads ($94.52/lead)

Our Approach

Our initial assessment was that her website was the root cause. We could tell that although she was paying for SEO, not a lot of SEO was being done on her site. We believed a new website would likely resolve all the issues, and it did. As soon as we launched her website, her rankings and her Google Ads results immediately improved.

The Result (April to August 2025)

Page 1 Ranking From Page 7

Her Google ranking went from an average of 68 (page 7) to an average ranking of 9 (Page 1) within one day of launching the new website. Today, four months later, her average ranking has improved to 4 (four down organically on page 1)

300% Increase In Conversion Rate

Her Google Ads conversion rate improved from 7.14% (not good) to 28.15%. This is a huge contributor to her improved cost per lead.

22% Increase In Revenue in 4 months!

Her starting revenue was $68,500 in April. Today in August, her revenue has grown to $83,500. She is now a Million Dollar Maid Service. She has grown from 8 employees to 12 employees.

66% Decrease In Cost Per lead

Her Google Ads cost per lead decreased from $94 per lead to $32 per lead. In March, she received 5 leads from Google Ads. In August, she received 38 leads. All of this on a $40/day Google Ads budget.
