Website Design By Cleaning Business Growth
Cleaning Business Growth will design your new website. This includes:
- Website design using the pre-built template you select.
- WordPress Website Built With BeaverBuilder - the website will be built on WordPress using the BeaverBuilder builder.
- Colors - the color scheme of the website will match your logo colors.
- Images - we can use images you provide or stock images.
- Pages included - website pages will be determined by the plan you purchase.
- Basic on-page SEO - Includes adding the title tag and meta description per the keyword strategy for each page).
- One design review where you can review the site and request changes to images or content.
- Hosting - website hosting through Chris Johnston for one year. ($300/year thereafter).
Customization - Customizations to the website are charged at a rate of $100/hour of design time. Customizations include changes requested that are significant deviations from the template's design or that require the design of additional new pages.
Requests for changes once the website is live - All change requests after the website site goes live are charged at a rate of $100/hour in 15-minute increments. You can request changes through GInger, her team, or Chris.
Fees - all fees are due at the time the website is purchased unless other arrangements have been made in advance. All fees are non-refundable once work has started.
Domain Ownership, Website Ownership and Hosting - you are the legal owner of your domain and the website. You are free to move your website at any time to the host of your choice.
Hosting & Maintenance provided by Chris Johnston
Chris Johnston is a strategic partner of Cleaning Business Growth and is not an employee. All billing for Chris’ services is handled separately.
Chris Johnston provides the following hosting and website services:
- Creating a temporary domain for website development.
- Website coding as needed.
- Launching the new site.
- Setting up integrations with scheduling software (Maid Central, Jobber, Zenmaid, etc.). Additional fees apply.
- Hosting management (using Vultr) and ongoing website maintenance, including:
- Annual SSL certificate updates.
- WordPress and plugin updates as needed.
- Weekly site backups (retained for 30 days).
- Bug fixes, if they occur.
- Website hosting is included in the website build for the first year. After the first year, Chris will bill you $300/year to continue to host and maintain the site. You are free to change your host at any time.
Important Notes:
- All fees are payable when the website is purchased unless other arrangements have been made,
- All fees are non-refundable once work begins.
- Before the new site goes live, ensure you archive any content from your old site that you wish to keep, such as photos, images, content, testimonials, etc
- Changes to the website after the website goes live are billed at $100/hour. Change requests can be submitted to Ginger, her team or Chris.
- Hosting is included in the first year of the website's build. Starting in year two, you will be billed $300/year by Chris Johnston (hello@mrfent.com).
