When you pay for Google Ads Management, we will create, manage, and optimize your Google Ads campaigns. Our goal is to optimize your conversion rate and control your cost per conversion. This service includes keyword research, ad creation, managing campaign budgets, regular campaign optimization, and campaign reporting.

Scope Of Services

Cleaning Business Growth agrees to provide Google Ads Management services as described below.

• Conducting comprehensive keyword research.
• Creating relevant, time-tested ads.
• Adding our extensive negative list.
• Setting up conversion tracking.
• Optimizing ads regularly.
  • Pausing expensive keywords
  • Adding new keywords.
  • Adding negative keywords.
  • Optimizing ad schedules.
  • A/B testing ad copy.
  • Improving extensions.
  • Adjusting Target CPA.
  • Managing budgets.
• Providing monthly performance reporting.

Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing the Service, you agree to:

• Provide ADMIN access to:
  • Google Ads account
  • Google Analytics
  • Your website
  • Google Tag Manager account (if you have one)

Account Management And Reporting

• Reporting - You will receive a monthly report that includes all relevant metrics for your campaign.
• Meetings - each month, you will also get a calendar link to schedule a meeting to review your campaign performance. We suggest that you meet with us at least quarterly.

Payments and Billing

This is a subscription service. You will be billed monthly starting the day you purchase the service. 

• Late Payments: If your credit card cannot be charged, we will notify you to update your billing information. If this is not completed within 7 days, your campaign may be paused until payment is resolved.
• No Refunds: All payments, including subscription and setup fees, are final and non-refundable.

Term and Termination

• Term: This agreement remains in effect as long as the subscription is active.
• Termination by Customer: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Billing will be stopped the day you cancel, and you will not be billed again. No refunds will be issued.
• Termination by Cleaning Business Growth: We reserve the right to terminate access for non-compliance with these Terms or failure to pay the subscription.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Cleaning Business Growth is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
• Cleaning Business Growth does not guarantee specific outcomes, including campaign results, leads, or sales performance.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Acknowledgment

By purchasing Google Ads Management services, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these terms.
• You indemnify and hold Cleaning Business Growth harmless from any claims or damages arising from this service.
