A Message From Our Owner

I'm Ginger Whitson, the owner of Cleaning Business Growth. I spent 23 years in corporate America as a trainer, executive coach, and management consultant. In 2015, I decided to do something crazy and started Love My Maids in Arlington, Texas. In just three short years, I grew my cleaning business to over $1 million in annual revenue.

In 2017, I started Cleaning Business Growth. Using my experience as a consultant and the knowledge I gained from growing my own 7-figure cleaning business, I set out to help other business owners grow their businesses with affordable digital marketing.

I have a team of talented managers and digital marketing pros specializing in website design, Google Ads, Facebook (Meta) Ads, SEO, automation, and email marketing. Everyone on my team is highly skilled in their specialty and 100% committed to delivering the best marketing to help you grow your small business!

SEO/Content Manager

Kristi oversees our SEO team and deliverables. She is also our content manager, responsible for creating digital content to boost SEO rankings, drive organic traffic, and support business growth. Kristi lives in Justin, TX.

Jon Szafran

Operations Manager

Jon is a Google Ads Manager responsible for the management and optimization of Google PPC campaigns. He also oversees our Go High Level services. Jon lives in Orlando, FL.

Chris Johnston

Website Hosting, Security & Maintenance

Chris hosts and maintains all of our websites. He ensures all of our websites are secure and operational. He is the go-to guy for website updates, website integrations with client scheduling systems, and email system setup. Chris lives in Kansas City, Missouri.

Sebastian Solis

Google Ads Manager

Sebastian is our Google Ads Manager. He is responsible for the management and optimization of Google PPC campaigns. Sebastian is from the Brownsville, Texas area.

Roger Lozano

Website Designer

Roger is our lead website designer. He's super talented and builds the most beautiful websites for our clients. Roger lives in San Antonio, Texas.

Gary Alose

Email marketing & Business Automation

Gary is the admin for Keap and Get Market Smart CRMs. He's in charge of setting up and managing all of our accounts. Gary also writes blog posts for our SEO clients. Gary lives in Houston, Texas.
