A Message From Our Owner

I'm Ginger Whitson, the owner of Cleaning Business Growth. I spent 23 years in corporate America as a trainer, executive coach, and management consultant. In 2015, I decided to do something crazy and started Love My Maids in Arlington, Texas. In just three short years, I grew my cleaning business to over $1 million in annual revenue.

In 2017, I started Cleaning Business Growth. Using my experience as a consultant and the knowledge I gained from growing my own 7-figure cleaning business, I set out to help other business owners grow their businesses with affordable digital marketing.

I have a team of talented managers and digital marketing pros specializing in website design, Google Ads, Facebook (Meta) Ads, SEO, and email marketing. Everyone on my team is highly skilled in their specialty and 100% committed to delivering the best marketing to help you grow your small business!

Kristi is a GoHighLevel automation expert, a Keap Certified Partner, and an exceptional website designer. She oversees our GetMarketSmart platform, Keap, email marketing, and email deliverability.

Matt is the Director of our Pay-Per-Click department. He is the lead account manager for Google and Facebook Ads accounts. He also oversees the daily management and optimization of over 150 PPC campaigns.

Chris hosts and maintains all of our websites. He ensures all of our websites are secure and operational. He is the go-to-guy for website updates, website integrations with client scheduling systems, and email system setup.

Gary is the admin for Keap and Get Market Smart CRMs. He's in charge of setting up and managing all of our accounts. Gary also writes blog posts for our SEO clients. Gary lives in Houston, Texas.

Sebastian is our Google Ads and Facebook Ads manager. He works for Matt and is responsible for the management and optimization of all Google and Meta PPC campaigns. Sebastian is from the Brownsville, Texas area.
