No long-term contract is required. You can pay the applicable setup fees and continue month to month with the ability to cancel with 30 days’ notice. If you choose a 12-month commitment, we will waive the setup fees.

If Cleaning Business Growth built your website and you cancel before the website has been paid for, full administrator access will be transferred after the remaining website balance is paid.

Yes. You can use your existing website if it is built on WordPress with a compatible page builder and meets our standards for performance, mobile usability, conversion structure, tracking, security, and team access. If your website does not meet these requirements, we can recommend the necessary improvements or build a new website designed to support your marketing plan.

Yes, you can change your Google Ad budget anytime. We recommend a minimum Google Ads spend of $1200/month to start. 

Our agency follows an “exit with excellence” policy — we don’t hold your site hostage, disrupt your ad accounts, or create transition headaches. You retain control and are welcome to return anytime. 

Because the website is financed over the first 12 months, if you cancel in the first year, you will owe the remaining balance of the full-priced website. ($4350 - $350 for each month you have paid for your bundle). This must be paid off before you are granted Admin access to your website. Until then, you will still have access to your website to make changes, and we will continue to host and maintain the site.   

Yes! You can switch to a higher or lower bundle at any time. As your business grows, we’ll help you choose the package that best fits your current goals, marketing budget, and capacity.

Once the website is built, we will begin to run Google Ads and/or Meta Ads. Most clients start seeing an increase in leads within the first 30–60 days. SEO takes longer but builds long-term momentum. We track everything and provide regular reporting so you can see what’s working.

You can pause your Google Ads at any time, but pausing the campaign does not reduce the monthly bundle price. Bundle pricing is based on the complete plan and cannot be reduced by temporarily removing an included service. If you expect to pause advertising for an extended period, talk with your account manager about whether a different plan or switching to individual services would be a better fit.
